This course is for the Version 18 3CX phone system only.

This course covers the desktop application used with the 3CX phone system. The 3CX phone system (developed by 3CX) is a unified communication system. This means it makes it easier for you to reach anyone and brings multiple communication types (phone, conference, teleconference, web-meeting, SMS, etc) into one place.
